People Partner

Permanent | £32,000 per annum

Our client, a charity that has been established for over 30 years is recruiting a new People Partner.

They are seeking a HR professional who is passionate about people and enjoys working in a team who are focussed on developing a first class HR offering for its dedicated workforce.  The role will report into a Head of People and work alongside another People Partner, supported by 2 HR Assistants.

As People Partner your role will involve developing close working relationships with the managers and employees, assisting and providing advice and support where required, with the aim of ensuring staff feel informed, engaged and developed.  This is a “hands on” role, with an evolving HR function and as a result you will be actively involved in all aspects of the day-to-day HR function.
