Communications Executive

Permanent | £35,000 per annum

This fast growth, employee led business is looking for an experienced communications/marketing professional to join their talented and ambitious marketing team. As a passionate marcomms person, you will be excited at the thought of working amongst gifted marketers that really care about the fundamentals of good marketing. With a strong focus on customer growth and satisfaction, you will be enthused by ensuring all literature mirrors the company’s tone of voice and is on brand.

Working for a supportive Marketing Director you will have exceptional written ability and enjoy playing a key role in decision making around the customer journey and user experience.  

The job

  • Ensure that messaging and documents are on brand and consistent across all produced materials, assuring company tone of voice is reflected
  • Work closely with the business development team to ensure a joint up approach
  • Create literature to support the onboarding of new customers
  • Implement tone of voice improvements to correspondence, documents and existing customer facing materials 
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to contribute to the customer digital journey helping to ensure a positive user experience
  • Create templates for the sales teams that are fit for purpose and accurate
  • Liaise with external agencies to produce precise translations of customer documentation and co-ordinate internal teams and clients to contribute to the production of materials
  • Design and deliver a digital client training solution.  

The person specification

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills
  • Experience in reviewing/updating/branding written business-related materials
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading ability  
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Degree in a related field would be of interest
  • Confident relationship builder

Salary & benefits

  • Salary is around £35,000 pa.
